Vision floue : Quand faut-il s’inquiéter ?

La vision floue se traduit principalement par la perte de la netteté de la vision et l’incapacité de discerner les détails, de voir ou de lire convenablement. Plusieurs facteurs peuvent être à l’origine de cette vision trouble. En effet, elle peut être contextuelle et donc passagère, liée à la fatigue, à l’utilisation excessive des appareils connectés ou encore à un effort soutenu.

Par contre, si elle tend à se répéter de manière plus ou moins régulière, il pourrait s’agir d’un problème de réfraction ; une presbytie si la vision est floue de près et une myopie si au contraire elle est floue de loin. Nécessitant un suivi auprès d’un ophtalmologiste, ces défauts visuels sont corrigibles par le port de lunettes.

Si même avec ces mesures, la vision demeure brouillée, il faut consulter un spécialiste au plus tôt car ce trouble pourrait être dû à une maladie de l’œil (cataracte, glaucome, etc.) ou à d’autres types de maladies (diabète, troubles cardio-vasculaires, hypertension artérielle, etc.).
